The Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention released updated data this week showing vaccination rates by school. Use this tool to search elementary schools by town and view the percentage of parents opting out of immunizations.

The data also show vaccination rates for several types of immunizations, including against the highly contagious measles and whooping cough germs.

Maine CDC first publicly released the data following the 2014-15 school year.
